On 05/24/2023, Maintenance worker [REDACTED] informed me that he smelled, what he thought to be, green marijuana coming from a vehicle in the front parking lot of the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, inside the posted guard line area.
As I approached the vehicle in question, a black Kia Optima, I could smell the strong odor of green marijuana coming from the Kia. The occupants of the Kia were identified as Quotarison Reid, driver; Cole Little, who was outside of the car; and Geairmos Ingram, driver’s side rear seat. During a consensual search, marijuana, scales, baggies, and a bottle of pills were found. The pills were identified as Amphetamine and Dextroamphetamine, Methylphenidate, Hydrochloride ER, Adderall XR, and Alprazolam.
