On 04/01/2026 at 14:36 I Deputy Paul Whittenberger (315) was dispatched to 910 Russell Street (Academy of Richmond County) in reference to public indecency.
Upon arrival I made contact with the complainant Via telephone, and he was identified as [WITNESS #1]. [WITNESS #1] stated at approximatly 2:35 PM he was driving to help with a church food pantry and noticed kids at the Academy of Richmond County having what appeared to be a field day. [WITNESS #1] stated he attempted to turn around and honk his horn and say stop out of his window in attempt to stop Bryant due to there being children outside. [WITNESS #1] stated he then contacted SO and the schools guidance counsler to warn the children of the man.
I made contact with Anthony Bryant, Bryant stated he wasnt doing anything and he was homeless which is the reason he was on the old schools property. Bryant stated he was not touching himself and was peeing on the side of the steps.
I noticed no signs on the wall or ground being wet and Bryant’s pants were rolled at the top as if they were pulled up quickly.
