On August 15th, 2026, at 1649 hours, Deputy Mauratae Johnson responded to [1500 BLOCK] 15th Street, Apt. [REDACTED] for a disturbance call.
Upon arrival, Deputy Johnson made contact with [VICTIM #1], who stated that on August 15th, 2026, at approximately 1645 hours as she was walking out of 1773 Kissingbower Rd (Kissingbower Liquor Store), a slim dark skinned B/M with braids (approximately 5’7″ to 5’11”, 160 pounds) wearing a black tank top, blue shorts, black shoes, and sunglasses (NOD) who parked next to her in the parking lot in front of the store, was getting out of a white Audi 4 door sedan with a handicap tag.
[VICTIM #1] stated that the B/M approached her and they got into a verbal altercation because the B/M told her that she needed to tell her boyfriend to stop looking at him. [VICTIM #1] stated that she doesn’t have a boyfriend and had no idea who the B/M was referring to. [VICTIM #1] stated that [VICTIM #2] was alone in the passenger seat of her vehicle during this altercation. [VICTIM #1] stated that she got into her vehicle and began to drive east on White Rd., then she saw the B/M go into the driver’s side door of his white Audi 4 door sedan and grab a handgun. [VICTIM #1] stated that as she and [VICTIM #2] drove off, the B/ M walked in the middle of Kissingbower Rd pointed the handgun at her vehicle and fired four shots at her car. [VICTIM #1] stated that her vehicle was not hit by any bullets.
[VICTIM #2] stated that she saw [VICTIM #1] talking to the B/M as [VICTIM #1] was leaving the store. [VICTIM #2] stated that as she and [VICTIM #1] drove off, she saw the B/M point a handgun in their direction and fire four shots. [VICTIM #2] stated that the B/M got into his vehicle and drove the opposite direction towards Wrightsboro Rd.
Deputy Johnson went to 1773 Kissingbower Rd (Kissingbower Liquor Store) and viewed the liquor store’s video surveillance. Deputy Johnson saw [VICTIM #1] and the B/M talking as she left the store on August 15th, 2026, at 1645 hours (no audio available, only visual). Deputy Johnson observed [VICTIM #1] get into her vehicle and drive east on White Rd. The B/ M then entered the driver’s side door of his white 4-door Audi sedan, grabbed what appeared to be a handgun, and walked in the middle of Kissingbower Road. He then pointed what appeared to be a handgun towards [VICTIM #1]’s vehicle as she traveled east on White Rd. Deputy Johnson observed the B/M get into his vehicle and drive east on White Rd. in the same direction as [VICTIM #1].
Deputy Johnson was unable to obtain a clear view of the B/M or the tag on the white Audi 4-door sedan due to the low quality of the video surveillance cameras.
Deputy Johnson canvassed the area where the B/M was seen on the video surveillance but was unable to locate any bullet casings.
Sgt. Terry Bale was notified.
