[NARRATIVE #1 on April 27, 2026]
On 04272026 at 1849 hours, I Deputy Itanji Bryant was dispatched to 270 Bobby Jones EXPY (Max Fitness) in reference to disturbance.
Upon arrival, I made contact with [WITNESS #1], who stated that [VICTIM #1] had called her requesting a ride because she was being harassed by two females, later identified as Charlene Graham and an unknown female.
[VICTIM #1] advised that when she exited the building, Charlene and the unknown female followed her. A verbal altercation ensued, which quickly became physical. [VICTIM #1] stated that Charlene pushed her in the face, causing her to fall to the ground. While she was on the ground, Charlene struck her over the left eye with a steel water bottle, causing a laceration and bleeding. [VICTIM #1] further stated that the unknown female began hitting and kicking her during the incident.
Upon my arrival, both suspects had already fled the scene. I then made contact with [WITNESS #2], who stated that she was sitting in her vehicle when she heard yelling and observed a crowd forming. [WITNESS #2] began recording the incident and was able to capture the suspect vehicle as it fled the scene. She provided a Georgia license plate of [REDACTED]. I also spoke with [WITNESS #3], who stated that he observed the entire incident and intervened to separate Charlene and [VICTIM #1].
[WITNESS #4], manager of Max Fitness, advised that she witnessed the altercation between Charlene and [VICTIM #1] and requested that Charlene be formally trespassed from the business.
I did observe on video two females later identified as Charlene wearing pink shorts and pink top push and then hit [VICTIM #1] with the water bottle and the unknown female hit and kick [VICTIM #1] while on the ground. [VICTIM #1] was transported to Wellstar hospital by Med 15 with a 2 inch laceration above her left eye that required stitches.
After speaking with all parties, Charlene Graham returned to the scene and was taken into custody without incident. Charlene was charged with Battery and transported to RCJ.
I provided [WITNESS #4] and [WITNESS #2] with a link to upload any video or photo evidence, along with instructions on how to obtain a copy of this report warrant obtain and signed. Intel was notified spoke with [REDACTED].

[NARRATIVE #2 on April 28, 2026]
I, Cpl. Matthew Sanderson C11 responded to the Max Fitness located at 270 Bobby Jones Expy, Augusta GA on 04/28/2026 at 0805 hours in reference to a supplemental report to an assault.
I spoke to the complainant/victim [VICTIM #1] who stated she was at the gym last night around 1830 and was assaulted by the arrested suspect listed Charlene Graham but she was the suspect that shoved her backwards. The listed suspect Natascha Echols (Graham’s sister) was the person that struck her in the head with the metal hydroflask and she was at the incident location when the cops arrived but she was not charged or arrested.
[VICTIM #1] stated she spent the night at AU Wellstar after being transported from the incident location by ambulance. [VICTIM #1] further stated that she had to receive stitches in her forehead from being struck with the metal hydroflask. [VICTIM #1] further stated that the doctors discovered a minor brain bleed from the assault and she wants to upgrade the charges on both suspects. [VICTIM #1] stated she wished to see the videos from Max fitness.
I spoke with the listed witness [WITNESS #4] (manager) who was also on scene for the incident and was able to show the surveillance video from two camera angles which showed both Graham and [VICTIM #1] verbally arguing then Graham shove [VICTIM #1] with both hands. The video further shows the suspect later identified as Natascha Echols run up and strike [VICTIM #1] in the head with the metal hydroflask. I requested that [WITNESS #4] secure video from the time both parties entered the gym until the Sheriff’s Office arrived. I provided [WITNESS #4] with two evidence.com links for the requested video.
I briefly spoke to LT. Thigpen A2 and was informed by Major Young to complete the supplemental report and forward it to CID for further review. I advised [VICTIM #1] we would be furthering the investigation and review all video of the call to include Officers BWC of the original incident. I provided [VICTIM #1] with the original case number as she did not get it during the incident.
