On 07/12/2024, at 1500 hours, I, Deputy Eyth, was dispatched to [REDACTED] regarding Domestic Violence.

Upon arrival, I met with the Victim, [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] stated that Primary Aggressor Christon Anthony was upset that she did not answer his calls. As such, [VICTIM #1] stated that when she arrived home, Anthony arrived shortly after and entered the house without being invited. [VICTIM #1] stated he began yelling at her, which is when it got physical. [VICTIM #1] stated she lives at the stated address with her father, and Anthony does not reside there. [VICTIM #1] stated that Anthony is the father of their minor child.

When [VICTIM #1] attempted to call 911 for help, she stated that Anthony had taken the phone from her, and he disconnected the call. He did not allow her to make another call for help or answer return calls from RCSO dispatch.

[VICTIM #1] stated that Anthony choked her twice, and she almost lost consciousness. [VICTIM #1] stated that Anthony was on top of her, choking her, while Other [REDACTED BY AGENCY], the child of [VICTIM #1] and Anthony, observed. Furthermore, [VICTIM #1] stated that Anthony was also very physical with her, and this was not the first time.

I observed heavy red marks on [VICTIM #1]’s chest and neck area at the time of the call.

The victim’s aunt, [WITNESS #1], was babysitting the minor child at the time of the incident and observed Anthony choking [VICTIM #1] and being rough with her. [WITNESS #1]’s account of the incident was consistent with that of [VICTIM #1]’s and also the marks observed on [VICTIM #1].

[VICTIM #1] then stated at the end of the incident, that before Anthony left the residence,he had taken the key FOB to [VICTIM #1]’s car, depriving her of the use of her vehicle.

Anthony was not on the scene at the time of the call. However, based on the statements and physical marks on [VICTIM #1] at the time of the call, I will be applying for warrants. Additionally, the victim voiced her desire to press charges, and she intends to file for a protection order.

BWC Was active. Attached is a screenshot from the Victim of the Primary aggressor’s car in front of the residence sent to her by [WITNESS #1]. [VICTIM #1] also provided me with a screenshot of her call list showing Anthony attempting to contact her.

1707 HOURS WARRANT APPLICATION COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED TO WARRANTS OFFICE, 1430 HOURS ON 071324 WARRANT(S) WERE SIGNED. AND CALLED INTO RECORDS.
