On 122625 at 1840 hours I, Deputy Devin Camacho (414) responded to [10 BLOCK] Thornberry Drive in reference to a suspicious situation.
On scene I spoke with listed complainant, [WITNESS #1], who advised that her granddaughter, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had snuck out of the listed address, took a provided Uber and went to see a person named Devin Golatt (other), who is her brothers friend.
[WITNESS #1] advised that she was told by [REDACTED BY AGENCY] that she met with Golatt and had sex multiple times between the hours of 0100 and 0400 hrs before she returned back to the listed address. [WITNESS #1] advised she took [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to Piedmont Summerville for a rape kit.
I spoke with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and she advised that all that was said was the truth and that she wanted to go be with Golatt because he was cute and she didn’t want him to get inn trouble. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] did not go into detail about the sexual encounter but advised she got to Golatt’s residence, was snuck in through a side door, had sex then smoked marijuana and had sex again.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] was advised that what she did was extremely dangerous but [REDACTED BY AGENCY] did not care and said she wanted to be there and Golatt did not force her to engage in the sexual encounter or going to his residence.
