On May 1st 2026 at approximately 1500 hours, Deputy Swann was dispatched to [2900 BLOCK] Breeze Hill Dr in reference to a robbery that occurred. Upon arrival Deputy Swann met with the victim [VICTIM #1].

Upon Deputy Swann meeting [VICTIM #1], Deputy Swann observed a large contusion on the left side of [VICTIM #1]’s head. Deputy Swann also observed a large laceration on on the left side of [VICTIM #1]’s face with heavy bleeding.

Upon asking [VICTIM #1] what occurred, [VICTIM #1] stated he orders a cash ride to take him from his residence at [2000 BLOCK] Balkcom Court to the BP located at 3341 Deans Bridge Rd. [VICTIM #1] stated at approximately 1430 hours the cash ride picked him up from his residence and the drivers name was “Liliana” according to the cash ride app. [VICTIM #1] said the vehicle the driver picked him up in was a black Jeep. [VICTIM #1] stated he arrived at the BP at approximately 1433 hrs and exited the BP at 1440 hrs. [VICTIM #1] stated while Liliana was taking him back to his residence, two black males came from the trunk compartment of the Jeep and place firearms in his face and told him to give it up. [VICTIM #1] stated he advised the robbers that he did not have any money, but they still demanded money. [VICTIM #1] said he jumped out of the vehicle while it was moving and hit his face on the ground causing his injuries. [VICTIM #1] was transported to MCG by Central EMS.

During the investigation, Deputy Swann made contact with the store owner in attempts to get video of [VICTIM #1] being dropped off by a black Jeep.

The case was turned over to CID.
