On 08/28/26 at 1415 hrs., I, Deputy M. Allen spoke with [VICTIM #1] at 400 Walton Way (Sheriff’s Office) in reference to rape.
[VICTIM #1] stated on Sunday 08/23/26 around 1400 hrs., she arrived at her friend Jacob Robinson’s (suspect) residence ([1900 BLOCK] Pennsylvania Avenue) to get her belongings.
[VICTIM #1] stated she and Robinson talked and had a few beers. [VICTIM #1] stated things began to get heated, so she attempted to leave Robinson’s residence with her things, when he grabbed and blocked her from leaving. [VICTIM #1] stated Robinson blocked the doorway, started kissing her, and then took off her clothes.
[VICTIM #1] stated she repeatedly told Robinson she did not want to have sex, at which time he tied her arms and legs with some kind of rope.
[VICTIM #1] stated Robinson penetrated her while hitting on her body. [VICTIM #1] stated the incident lasted about thirty minutes, then he forced his p*nis inside of her mouth until she gagged.
[VICTIM #1] stated Robinson continuously slapped her while forcing her to perform oral sex on him, which left bruises on her face.
[VICTIM #1] stated Robinson kept her locked in his bedroom all night so she could not contact anyone for help but was able to leave later.
[VICTIM #1] stated she has been afraid all week and did not report the incident when it first occurred.
Sgt. Tredore in CID was notified and advised that an investigator will make contact with [VICTIM #1] once the report is assigned.
