On July 27, 2026, at 2153 hours, I, Deputy Ashley Henriquez (310) Deputy April Coleman(310p), responded to [2500 BLOCK] Victory St. in reference to a suspicious situation.
Upon arrival at the location, I met with the complainants, [REDACTED] and juvenile [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. They advised that their juvenile friend, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was possibly being held against her will at the location listed above.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that earlier in the day, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] called her on FaceTime, during which she observed bruising on [REDACTED BY AGENCY] body. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] further stated that a 21-year-old male with the last name Smith was the individual who was allegedly holding [REDACTED BY AGENCY] against her will.
Juvenile [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was entered into GCIC/NCIC as a runaway on July 18, 2026, in reference to case number 26-147433.
I contacted Sgt. Investigator Brown and relayed the information I had received. I later spoke with Sgt. Rawlings and notified him of the incident. Both supervisors responded to the scene.
While deputies were on scene, it was advised that juvenile [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was possibly staying at the Holiday Inn Express located at 138 Stephens Farm Lane, North Augusta. The North Augusta Police Department was contacted in an attempt to make contact with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] I spoke with Officer Ellis #108.
Both complainants were transported to 400 Walton Way for interviews with the Criminal Investigations Division.
All pertinent information was turned over to investigators.
