On Sunday, June 14, 2026, at 14:58 hours, I, Deputy Alain Gagné (121), and Deputy Aaron Mitchell (122) responded to 3214 Peach Orchard Road, Lowe’s, in reference to a theft.
Upon my arrival, I spoke with the complainant, [WITNESS #1], who stated that on today’s date at approximately 1430 hours, the listed suspect, John West, passed all points of sale and exited the store without paying for the listed merchandise, consisting of four bags of soil, six potted plants, and two containers of Miracle-Gro.
Mr. [WITNESS #1] stated that the suspect was identified based on previous incidents involving the same individual and advised that he intends to seek a warrant at a later date.
Mr. [WITNESS #1] reported that the suspect had already left the premises in a dark colored picup truck with the merchandise without rendering payment prior to my arrival.
