On August 15th, 2026, at 0910 hours, Deputy Mauratae Johnson responded to [700 BLOCK] Heard Ave. for a suspicious call.

Upon arrival, Deputy Johnson made contact with [VICTIM #1], who stated that on August 15th, 2026, at 0830 hours, she found a black Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra cell phone(serial # [REDACTED]) in her bedroom closet. [VICTIM #1] stated that the cell phone was mounted inside the top right side of her closet, hidden from plain view in a brown basket that points the camera down toward her bed and bathroom area. [VICTIM #1] states that she went through the phone and found videos that include recordings of her as well as her 7-year-old son, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], who lives with her. [VICTIM #1] stated that the recordings are dated from July 27th, 2026, at 0722 hours through August 14th, 2026 at 1638 hours. [VICTIM #1] states that there are many videos in which she is naked, and that she did not give consent for the recordings.

[VICTIM #1] stated that she also found a hardwired camera connected to a power cord mounted inside on the top left side of her closet, hidden from plain view in a different brown basket, pointing directly at the same bathroom in the bedroom.

[VICTIM #1] stated that she believes the cameras were installed by her son’s father, Joshua Yon who does not live at [700 BLOCK] Heard Ave. [VICTIM #1] stated that she gave Yon a key to access the residence and gave him consent to come and go as he pleases because they share a son.

[VICTIM #1] stated that she also found photos in the black Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra cellphone (serial # [REDACTED]) dating back to October 2024,that were taken without her consent. [VICTIM #1] showed Deputy Johnson a photo that was taken of her showing her breast and vagna, a photo of a pnis on her lips while she was asleep, a photo of a p*nis and a hand touching her vag*na while she was asleep, and a photo of Yon’s face licking [VICTIM #1]’s vag*na while she was asleep. [VICTIM #1] stated that she did not consent to photos or sexual contact while asleep.

Deputy Johnson observed that photos were taken while [VICTIM #1] was asleep next to her son [REDACTED], who was also asleep in the bed next to [VICTIM #1]. [REDACTED] was fully clothed in all photos.

[VICTIM #1] stated that she can identify Yon’s p*nis and hand in the photos, and showed Deputy Johnson a video of Yon setting up a camera in a brown basket that looks identical to the basket in [VICTIM #1]’s closet, where [VICTIM #1] found the hidden camera stored, as well as a selfie photo that Yon took of himself, stored in the same phone.

[VICTIM #1] showed Deputy Johnson a photo of her in the shower, which was taken from an angle directly below the shower, where she found a small hole in a shoebox toy container that was used to store her son’s toys, but there was no device inside of the shoebox toy container at the time of the call. [VICTIM #1] stated that she does want to prosecute.

Deputy Johnson notified Sgt. Kenneth McKenzie. [VICTIM #1] was given a case card and advised on how to obtain a copy of the report.

Deputy Johnson did not search the contents of the devices beyond what [VICTIM #1] voluntarily displayed and secured the devices pending further investigation.

Deputy Johnson secured(1 Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra-serial # [REDACTED] and 1 Hardwire Camera) in evidence locker A3 at 400 Walton Way.(Property Receipt #545660)
