On, Tuesday, April, 14th, 2026, at 1925 hours, I, Deputy Titus Holmes (423), responded to [REDACTED], in reference to a domestic all on scene called in by a third party.

Upon arrival, I spoke with [WITNESS #1]. I asked [WITNESS #1] has anyone been fighting at the home, she stated that her and Kenneth Overstreet got into a verbal argument but things never got physical. [WITNESS #1] stated that her and Kenneth was out side sitting on the steps during the time of the argument.

I spoke with Kenneth and asked him what had happened, and he stated that him and [WITNESS #1] was outside sitting on the steps talking and it turned into a “heated argument.” Kenneth stated that things never got physical they was just arguing.

Upon leaving the scene and unknown white female came to the property and got out of the vehicle and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] (complainant-juvenile), ran to the unknown female. [WITNESS #1] approached the unknown female asking what was she doing. The unknown female stated that since she had taken a phone from [REDACTED BY AGENCY] that she wanted it back from her. [WITNESS #1] stated that she didn’t know that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had a phone.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated to [WITNESS #1] while I was standing there, that Kenneth had been making her touch and suck on his private parts. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that Kenneth has been hitting her when she gets in trouble. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that Kenneth make her touch and suck his private part so she can get out of trouble.

[WITNESS #1] stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had made statements like this in the past and she didn’t report it because she found out it wasn’t true. [WITNESS #1] stated that she has cameras around the house and she looked into the cameras and didn’t find anything in regards to what [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was stating. [WITNESS #1] stated that the last time that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had made these types of statements was around a year ago.

DFCS was contacted and notified, and they took my statement and information that I had during the time of service and made a report. DFCS stated that they didn’t know is someone would be coming out to the listed location after being asked. DFCS stated they don’t know what time they could be coming out. I told DFCS that Kenneth wasn’t going to be at the home, but I wasn’t sure if he would be back at the home the following day.

CID was contacted and noticed. CID came to the listed address and took statements. Investigator Devante Brown, and Trivia Hardy stated the situation would be ruled a suspicious situation. RCSO issued BWC was activated, and footage was tagged before completing this report.
