On 03/27/2026 at approximately 8:15 AM, I, Corporal Kevin Cheillada (C21), responded to 2608 Deans Bridge Road in reference to a suspicious situation.

Upon arrival, I observed the 911 caller, identified as Latrina Parrish, in the parking lot of 1647 Gordon Highway (U-Haul). Parrish was walking around the parking lot yelling loudly and striking the storage units with her hands.

I attempted to make contact with Parrish; however, she refused to speak with me and continued yelling that someone had killed her child and that law enforcement had done nothing to help her. I made multiple attempts to approach and speak with Parrish, but each time I did, she would run away while continuing to yell and scream. Parrish then resumed striking the storage units and running throughout the parking lot.

Deputy Hannah Gay (205) arrived on scene. Deputies were able to momentarily distract Parrish, at which time she was taken into custody. While being escorted to the patrol vehicle, Parrish continued yelling and screaming. Once inside the patrol vehicle, Parrish continued her behavior by yelling, kicking the patrol car door, and spitting at the windows.

Through investigation, it was determined that Latrina Parrish did knowingly and intentionally place repeated 911 calls reporting false emergencies, specifically claiming that her child had been kidnapped and/or killed, when no such incidents had occurred. Parrish made these calls without any legitimate emergency and refused to provide necessary information to dispatchers, instead yelling, screaming, and making unfounded claims.

This is some of the history of Parrish’s 911 calls.

09/29/2025 – Called 911 and rambled incoherently
12/07/2025 – Reported her child was deceased
12/21/2025 – Reported her child was kidnapped
01/31/2026 – Called multiple times yelling that her child had been taken
03/05/2026 – Called stating the government took her child and refused to provide further information
03/09/2026 – Called yelling and singing that someone killed her child, then refused to provide information
03/19/2026 – Called yelling that someone killed her child
03/26/2026 – Called multiple times
03/26/2026 – Called at approximately 0815 hours and again at 0824 hours yelling and screaming at dispatchers
03/27/2026- Called yelling and singing that someone killed her child, then refused to provide information, continued to yell at dispatch.

Parrish has made numerous additional 911 calls not listed above, consistently making similar claims.

Deputy Gay transported Parrish to the Richmond County Jail (RCJ). Warrants were applied for and approved on today’s date. Records Clerk [REDACTED] was notified of the approved warrants.
