[NARRATIVE #1 on May 07, 2026]
On May 07, 2026 at 2033 hours I, Deputy Amanda Donald unit 416 responded to [2000 BLOCK] Bridgewater Drive in reference to a domestic dispute and damaged property.
Upon arrival, I met with [VICTIM #1], who advised her and her boyfriend, Oniel Cameron (Suspect) had been in a verbal altercation. [VICTIM #1] stated Cameron was sent home earlier in the day from work after getting into an altercation with a co-worker and has been in an off mood. [VICTIM #1] advised she was able to calm Cameron down however, he was drinking alcohol and left the residence for two hours to possibly use drugs. [VICTIM #1] stated when Cameron returned home, he immediately began arguing with her and accusing her of cheating on him.
[VICTIM #1] stated Cameron grabbed her phone and demanded that she unlock it so he could see if she was cheating. [VICTIM #1] advised her and Cameron argued at which time she told him to pack his bags and leave. [VICTIM #1] stated she told Cameron to leave for over an hour before she grabbed her three children [REDACTED BY AGENCY], [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY]/ Victims) and brought them downstairs to her mother, [VICTIM #2] (Victim).
[VICTIM #2] stated she heard the arguing between her daughter and Cameron and once [VICTIM #1] brought the children downstairs, they all heard a loud noise coming from the bedroom. [VICTIM #2] immediately thought it was a gunshot and called 911.
[VICTIM #1] stated Cameron told her he “set off a firecracker to scare them” before leaving the house in his 2004 Toyota Sequoia (GA tag: [REDACTED]). [VICTIM #1] advised she did not know Cameron had a firearm however she has found ammunition in their bedroom before. [VICTIM #1] advised she did not think Cameron shot a gun. Upon looking at the walls in the bedroom, I observed a small hole that appeared to be caused by a bullet, I noticed the hole was fresh and continued through the wall into [VICTIM #2]’s room. Upon entering [VICTIM #2]’s room and looking in her closet I located a projectile on her shoe rack.
CID Sgt. Joshua Evans was notified and Investigator Devante Brown and Investigator Trivia Hardy responded to the scene. All further investigation was turned over to CID at this time.

[NARRATIVE #2 on July 10, 2026]
On 7/10/26 I Deputy Ronald Blanson responded to a trouble with a subject at the Circle K. Deputy made contact with Oniel Cameron. Cameron stated he had warrants and wanted to turn himself in. Deputy confirmed Cameron had a open warrants through this agency. Cameron was arrested and transported to the Richmond County Jail.
