On April 24th, 2026, at 1044 hours, Deputy Mauratae Johnson responded to 925 Laney Walker for an indecency call.
Upon arrival, Deputy Johnson contacted Office Manager/Probation Officer Keyona Wigham. Wigham stated that Vernon Lee Labord II was in her office to report as he had been released from jail on bond. Wigham stated that as she was looking at her computer, she noticed movement from Labord which prompted her to look under her computer screen at Labord. Wigham stated that Labord’s genitals were exposed and he was mast*rbating. Wigham stated that she immediately told Labord to get out and Labord stood up, put up his genitals, and left her office. Labord was gone upon my arrival.
A warrant was secured for Vernon Lee Labord II by Deputy Mauratae Johnson.
Wigham was given a case card and advised on how to obtain a copy of the report.
