On March [24], 2026 at approximately 0332 hours, I, Sgt. Misty Piper of the Griffin Police Department responded in a non emergency mode to [1100 BLOCK] W. College St Ext , which is located within the City of Griffin Spalding County Georgia, to a report of Amber Henderson wanting to meet with police.

When I arrived on scene with Lt. Ward, I advised Henderson that she was warned if she called 911 again and there was no emergency or police was not needed she would be arrested.

Dispatch advised that this last time Henderson had kept them over the phone for over 6 minutes. All of this due to her being in an intoxicated state and wanting to report outlandish things that made no sense.

Henderson started calling 911 earlier in the evening. She was extremely intoxicated and would not even be on scene when we would arrive. After the second time I advised her that she was intoxicated and misusing 911.

Due to this Henderson was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct.

Both of Hendersons hands were handcuffed behind her back. They were double locked and checked for proper fit.

Henderson was transported to the Spalding County Jail by MPO Johnson. She was issued a Municipal Citation for Disorderly Conduct.

My department issued body worn camera was activated through out the duration of the call.
