On 05/25/2025 at approx. hours I (Ofc. Wilson) responded to [200 BLOCK] E Central Ave. in non emergency mode in reference to a domestic in progress.
Upon arrival I made contact with [WITNESS #1] who advised his son [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was molested by his mother (Jones, Cecilia).
[WITNESS #1] advised he recieved messages from [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stating that Cecilia took his hand while he was asleep and placed it on her vag*na. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] then told [WITNESS #1] that Cecilia choked him during the altercation.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised me that he woke up to his mother putting his hand down her pants and choking him.
Cecilia advised that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was manipulating computers and her medication. Cecilia stated that she has been “Blacked out” and does not remember anything from the last 11 days.
On call CID was contacted and Inv. Ruiz responded. The case was turned over to CID for further investigation.
