On 4/21/25 1, Deputy Waddell responded in non emergency mode to 401 Justice Blvd in reference to a dispute.
Upon arrival I spoke with [VICTIM #1] (B/F /99). [VICTIM #1] stated that on Saturday 4/19/2025 her boyfriend [WITNESS #1] (B/M /96) and Gerald Grant (B/M/94) engaged in a dispute via text message due to Grant calling [VICTIM #1].
[VICTIM #1] stated that during the dispute Grant sent a video to [WITNESS #1] of him and [VICTIM #1] in the shower together. [VICTIM #1] stated in the video they were not engaged in any sexual activity however, [VICTIM #1] advised that the two of them are nude and she was washing Grant off.
[VICTIM #1] advised the video Grant sent was from 2023.
When asked [VICTIM #1] stated that she and Grant were never in a relationship however, the two did engage in sexual relations.
[VICTIM #1] was able to provide screen shots from [WITNESS #1]’s phone showing the dispute between [WITNESS #1] and Grant. The screenshots will be attached to the report. [VICTIM #1] was also able to provide the video that Grant sent [WITNESS #1]. In the video [VICTIM #1] and Grant are both nude. Grant is recording [VICTIM #1] wash him off in the shower.
The phone number [REDACTED] used to send the video is the same phone number that Grant has listed on his drivers license information.
[VICTIM #1] advised that the last known address for Grant is [500 BLOCK] University Avenue Atlanta, Ga 30130.
I have obtained a warrant for Grant reference warrant number 25-EW002667
