On 04-09-2026 at approximately 1050 hours, I Ptl. T. Bramlett 3800, responded in a non-emergency mode to the intersection of Sr155 and Hillandale Dr, which is located within the City of Griffin Spalding County Georgia, in reference to a Hit and Run. I activated my departmentally issued, body worn recording device to capture the incident.

I made contact [VICTIM #1] who advised he was facing south bound on Sr 155 waiting for the north bound lane to clear to turn left on to Hillandale Dr. After on coming traffic cleared [VICTIM #1] began to turn when a faded or matte dark grey four door sedan with dark window tint believed to be a Kia Optima attempted to pass him, striking the front driver side bumper of his vehicle. [VICTIM #1] advised the other driver hit brakes multiple times before accelerating and continuing south bound on Sr 155. [VICTIM #1] advised his vehicle belong to the company he is employed with and they have access to the dash camera inside the vehicle but would take some time to retrieve. An Axon evidence link was sent to [VICTIM #1] for the camera footage.

The vehicle [VICTIM #1] was driving is a 2023 Chrysler Voyager white in color bearing Wisconsin tag #[REDACTED].

[VICTIM #1] was issued a case number and I returned to service. With a quick canvass of the area I did not locate any cameras.
