On July 31, 2026, around 1402 hours, while I was working my part time security detail at [REDACTED]. I responded to apartment [REDACTED] where [VICTIM #1] said Naudya Driver assaulted her in front of her two juvenile children. [VICTIM #1] said she saw Naudya in the apartment complex where she told her she needed to leave before she called the police because she was not supposed to be there. In the past Naudya was only given a criminal trespass to [REDACTED] and not the entire complex. [VICTIM #1] said as she was standing behind her personal vehicle in the parking area, Naudya approached her in her (Naudya’s) vehicle and stopped. [VICTIM #1] said Naudya exited her vehicle where she assaulted her. [VICTIM #1] said her kids saw the incident and was crying. [VICTIM #1]’s children are [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. I could see [VICTIM #1] had a red scratch (broken skin) above her right eye brow.

[VICTIM #1] also said Naudya would come back to get her key fob because she dropped it on the ground and did not pick it up before she left. I took possession of the key fob. While I was speaking with [VICTIM #1], Naudya called and asked for the key. I spoke to a female who I believed to be Naudya and I told her to come back and I would give it to her. Another female got on the phone saying Naudya was not coming back and that she would take her to the Sheriff s Office.

I then gave [VICTIM #1] a case number and went to the Sheriff s Office. I called Naudya back where it sounded like she was not in a car. I explained to Naudya I needed to get her side of the story but she refused to meet saying she did not have a ride but earlier a female on the phone said she would take her. I could hear the same second female in both phone calls that Naudya called Aunte. Naudya also would not tell me where I could meet with her to give the car key back and to provide a statement. Eventually Naudya hung up on me. I then placed the key into evidence for safe keeping.

I was able to eventually watch the cameras from the apartment complex. Around 1359 hours I could see a white vehicle pull up in front of building [REDACTED] where [VICTIM #1], another female and [REDACTED] was standing. I then saw Naudya exit her vehicle and approach [VICTIM #1] as [VICTIM #1] turned and attempted to walk away. I then saw Naudya lunge at [VICTIM #1]’s back, [VICTIM #1] turned around and they both started punching each other.

I could then see (white shirt) acting frantic running around and jumping in place as he witnessed his mother in the altercation. As the altercation started I could see [VICTIM #1]’s other son, run from the stairway and started hitting Naudya and throwing things at her while they fought. During the altercation the camera gets blurry and I cant see what is happening but then I can see [VICTIM #1] walk away from the vehicle and Naudya drive away.

I then met with Judge Parks while using the electronic warrant system. Judge Parks granted my warrants on Naudya for battery and cruelty to children in the third degree x2.
