On 12/20/2024 Officers were dispatched to a fight in progress where a weapon had been discharged.

Upon arrival at 426 N. Expressway in emergency mode, I observed 30-40 persons engaged in either a verbal or physical altercation. Officers; including myself, broke the group up; however one of the females; identified as MASON, SANTANNA NICOLE, continued to push and attempt to strike other persons. MASON was warned multiple times to separate; however she continued. MASON then made her way to a glass door and either hit or kicked the door. MASON was then placed under arrest under municipal code section 58-2: Disorderly Conduct. MASON was searched for weapons and contraband; to which, none was found. MASON would be transported to the Spalding County jail using the most direct route. At the Jail, she would be escorted inside and turned over to Intake Staff.

Prior to going to the jail, It was discovered that MASON’s Daughter [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was allegedly struck in the face by a male known as WATTS, DERRICK ( I was unable to fully identify WATTS during the investigation.); of which, allegedly began the large scale fight. Officers were able to shut down the fight all parties were then seperated. I requested photos of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] be taken; however, I did not observe any injuries on [REDACTED BY AGENCY] on scene.

The 911 call was received by [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] (owners of the establishment.)

Based on the accusations, this case was turned over to CID for further investigation.

MASON was booked into the jail on citation # 03656
