On December 28th, 2025, at 2235 Hrs. Corporal Dasher was dispatched to [REDACTED] in regards to a domestic.

Upon arrival, contact was made with [VICTIM #1], who advised that her child’s father, Desuelo Davis, had come to the residence and caused damage and made threats. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] stated that she was lying in bed with her boyfriend, [VICTIM #2], and her 1 y/o child when Mr. Davis came into her yard and broke her bedroom window, causing broken glass to fall all over them. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] advised that once the window was broken, Mr. Davis reached in and hit Mr. [VICTIM #2] in the head several times. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] stated that while Mr. Davis was hitting Mr. [VICTIM #2] in the head, Mr. Davis stated that if Mr. [VICTIM #2] came outside, then he would shoot him.

Mrs. [VICTIM #1] stated that Mr. Davis had a pistol in his pocket during the encounter. When asked if he pointed it at her, she advised that he did not, but it was big enough for her to see it. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] stated that once she called 911, Mr. Davis fled the property in a black Dodge Charger that had a black windshield. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] translated for Mr. [VICTIM #2] because Mr. [VICTIM #2] was not able to speak English. Both Mr. [VICTIM #2] and Mrs. [VICTIM #1] stated that they did want to press charges. Mr. [VICTIM #2] refused E.M.S. to look at his head after it was offered by Cpl. Dasher.

The window that was destroyed by Mr. Davis was valued new at $200.00. The area was searched by Cpl. Dasher and Sgt. Jarrell for Mr. Davis but no contact was made. Cpl. Dasher will be issuing warrants on Mr. Davis for O.C.G.A 16-11-37 Terroristic threats and acts, O.C.G.A 16-5-70 Cruelty to children 3rd Degree, O.C.G.A 16-5-23 Simple Battery, and 2 counts of O.C.G.A 16-7-21 Criminal Trespass (once for breaking the window, and once for violating a Criminal trespass warning). Photographs were taken of the scene and will be uploaded to the report.
