On Monday, June 1, 2026, at approximately 8:25 a.m., CAPTAIN (CAPT) RICKY ESQUIVEL of the Tattnall County Sheriff’s Office spoke with Tattnall County EMS Director PARAMEDIC [REDACTED] regarding DWIGHT DANIEL MCFADDEN’S continued requests for emergency medical services when such services were not reasonably needed.

On Friday, May 29, 2026, at approximately 8:02 p.m., Tattnall County EMS responded to [100 BLOCK] Industrial Drive in Reidsville, Tattnall County, Georgia, in reference to DWIGHT DANIEL MCFADDEN requesting medical assistance.

Upon EMS’S arrival, DWIGHT DANIEL MCFADDEN appeared to be intoxicated. He refused transportation to the hospital and instead demanded that EMS personnel cook for him. When EMS personnel refused his request, DWIGHT DANIEL MCFADDEN threw his cellular telephone at the feet of EMS Supervisor [VICTIM #1].

DWIGHT DANIEL MCFADDEN also made inappropriate comments toward EMS Supervisor [VICTIM #1]. Specifically, DWIGHT DANIEL MCFADDEN stated that he loved her, wanted to be with her before he died, and that he would see her later with her “big fine a*s.”

Based on the information provided, a warrant will be sought for DWIGHT DANIEL MCFADDEN for violation of O.C.G.A. 16-10-29, Request for Ambulance Service When Not Reasonably Needed.
