On 06/17/2025 at approximately 2100 hrs I responded code 1 to Wing Stop, 1916 US HWY 82 W in reference to a person cursing and refusing to leave.

Upon arrival, I made contact with employees who stated that the female, Offender Johnson was sitting in her car outside. I went outside and made contact with Aaliyah Johnson, who stated that she ordered food from Wing Stop and when she got home, she realized food that she ordered was not in her bag. She went back to Wing stop and was told that the food she was asking for a refund on, was not on her receipt that was paid for. At this time, she began shouting and demanding a refund.

As she spoke to me, she began to get louder and more aggressive. I advised Ms. Johnson that it would be best for her to leave as the business requested, then calm down and come back asking for a manager to dispute her charges. I then asked her to leave at the request of the business. At this time Ms. Johnson began to be boisterous and belligerent in her words and behavior, becoming aggressive and hostile towards me. I asked her a second time to leave and she continued in an aggressive manner towards me and Wing stop, using strong curse words and shouting louder.

At this time, I opened her car door asking her to step out and she began pulling her arms away at my attempts to gain control of her. She began to be combative towards me while pulling away and striking her hands at mine.

My self and Ofc. hernandez were able to gain control of her arms and pull her out of the car. When she stood up she pushed her body weight into me and continued to pull against me. We were able to then control her arms, pulling them behind her and applying handcuffs to the rear, checked for fit and double locked them. As I then escorted her to my patrol car, she continued her aggressive behavior by pulling against me, pushing into me and being belligerent.

Ms. Johnson was placed to the right rear of my patrol car, and dispatch was notified of my beginning and ending mileage as I transported Ms. Johnson to the Tift County jail.

A booking sheet was completed, and 2 citations issued for disorderly conduct-fighting, and unwanted person on property. Her car was secured and left on scene at Ms. Johnson’s request and I notified Wing Stop staff that the vehicle would stay there.

Ms. Johnson was advised of her court date of July 23, 2025 at 1400 hrs and copies were left for her with jail staff.

My patrol car was searched prior to my shift and after, having found no contraband.
