On October 4, 2026, approximately 16:29 I Sergeant Roberts responded to a call located at [1200 BLOCK] Easter Drive Apt [REDACTED] Vidalia Toombs County Ga 30474 regarding a domestic, Central 911 that the individual had beat up his girlfriend.

Upon my arrival I knocked on the door and heard a woman’s voice ask who it was. I advised her that it was the Vidalia Police Department and I needed her to come to the door. Shortly after [VICTIM #1] opened the door and was visibly upset and shaking. I asked if she was alone in the apartment, Mrs. [VICTIM #1] shook her head no, I asked who was in the apartment she stated her boyfriend. I asked where he was located, Mrs. [VICTIM #1] stated he is in the bathroom.

I proceeded inside the home, due to unsure of any weapons Corporal Wickstrom drew his side arm and I drew my taser. I asked for the boyfriends name and Mrs. [VICTIM #1] advised me that his name is Justin. I called out to Justin and advised him to come out the bathroom with his hands up and to walk backwards to me. Justin seemed to be hesitant and kept stating don’t hurt me. I advised him I would not hurt him as long as he followed my instructions. Justin kept looking to thew back bedroom while not listening to my commands. I advised him not to go to the bedroom and that Mrs. [VICTIM #1] was outside the apartment. Corporal Wickstrom then was able to grab Justins right arm and gain control of it I proceeded past Justin and grabbed his left arm until Corporal Wickstrom was able to place handcuffs on Justin behind his back. I had Justin sit on a kitchen chair while I spoke with him about why I was there.

While speaking to Justin Allen, I observed behavior that made me believe he was on a unknown substance. When asked if he has taken any kind of drugs Justin stated he has not taken any drugs. Speaking with Justin was difficult he seemed to be confused and unsure of what was happening and worried we would hurt him. I observed a small scratch above his left eye and still bleeding. I asked how that occurred, Justin stated that he gets mad and headbutts things. I advised Justin that now is his time to tell me his side of the story before I swap with another Officer and get Mrs. [VICTIM #1]’s side of things. Justin again acted confused of why we were there and did not know what was happening.

I left Officer Pierce with Justin while I went and spoke with Mrs. [VICTIM #1]. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] stated that last night between 10-4 AM they were fighting and Justin threw her on the bed and began to “choke” her Mrs. [VICTIM #1] stated that she almost blacked out and that Justin punched her on the left side and right side of her face. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] continued to state that she was unable to call 911 the night previous due to Justin taking her phone and would not let her leave the house. I asked if she felt like she could not leave, Mrs. [VICTIM #1] stated yes she felt as if she could not leave and that he wouldn’t let her leave. I could see visible bruising around her collar bone area and neck area and on Mrs. [VICTIM #1]’s face. I called for EMS to check on Mrs. [VICTIM #1]’s neck due to the bruise and area it was located. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] refused to go with EMS at this time.

Corporal Wickstrom double locked the handcuffs that were placed on Justin and escorted him to his patrol car where Justin was searched incident to arrest and then placed in the rear seat of his patrol vehicle he was not seat buckled in due to his size. Warrant will be sought after for False imprisonment and FVA Agg Assault.
