On 6/13/2024 at 21:27 I received a call to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to a intoxicated female being belligerent. Upon my arrival I observed a female who I recognized as LILLIAN COROUTHERS walking through the yard yelling and throwing her fists. When I exited my patrol vehicle she was walking back to the house I called out her name and she ignored me and keep walking away from me. When she got to the back porch she sat down in a chair crying and slurring her words say that she was sorry. I asked her what she was sorry for and she stated that she wanted to go to rehab.
I asked LILLIAN if she had anything to drink tonight and she stated YES she stated that drank a pint of liquor. Deputy Spikes entered the house and made contact with her mother [VICTIM #1] to get her side of the story. She stated that LILLIAN was throwing things in the house and cussing and being very belligerent, she stated that she was afraid that she was going to get physical with her again. I advised LILLIAN that I was placing her under arrest for Disorderly Conduct and placed her in handcuff and helped her into my patrol car.
While transporting LILLIAN to the Toombs County Detention Center myself and Deputy Spikes pulled up on a suspected hit and run on Cadillac Dr that 911 just dispatched. Deputy Spikes transported LILLIAN to the Detention Center while I stayed at the accident scene gathering information. Deputy Spiked informed me that LILLIAN was transported and booked in without incident.
