On 08/06/2026 at approximately 1:01 a.m., I was dispatched to the listed location, regarding a civil matter.
Upon arrival, I was met at the front door by the suspect, he stated he wanted the other listed party and her children to leave the residence due to ongoing conflicts. I advised the suspect that the listed other had established residence and that he would need to file for eviction if he wished for her to leave. The suspect then became verbally confrontational and stated he did not wish to speak further.
I then asked the listed other to provide a statement. She reported that she and the suspect had a verbal argument regarding him texting his ex-partner. When she confronted him, he began drinking. After he ran out of alcohol, he demanded she obtain more, but she was unable to do so because all stores were closed. She stated she poured out the remaining alcohol, which led the suspect to throw water at her. While I provided the listed other with information on family shelter contacts, Walker dispatch informed me that the suspect continued to call 911 without valid cause.
When the suspect eventually returned to the door to provide his account, he became very belligerent. As a result, he was detained and became resistant. As such, he required to be taken to the ground to effect the arrest. Suspect sustained a minor injury, to which he was transported and checked out by a doctor. Who stated the suspect needed to be transported to Erlanger for a broken orbital eye socket. The suspect was then released from custody and turned over to hospital staff.
I will be applying for warrants.
