[NARRATIVE #1 on June 29, 2026]

On the listed date and time, I was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Once on scene, I spoke to victim #1, who stated her and the suspect had gotten into a verbal argument in reference to an item she had found in the closet that she believed to be drug-related. I asked her what the item was. She stated it was a container that had lick marks in it, and she believed it to be drug-related due to the suspect having a history of drug use, but she stated there was nothing inside it.

I then asked victim #1 what else occurred after that. She then stated the suspect had pushed her back and stated he would come back and “beat her a*s” before he left the residence. Victim #1 then stated that victim #2-#4 had witnessed everything.

I then asked victim #1 if the suspect had struck the other victims in any way; she stated yes. While they were coming home from the store, the suspect had struck victim #2 in the face between 3-4 times. I then asked her if I could check victim #2 for any marks or redness; she stated yes. At which time I checked victim #2 and saw redness on the right side of his face from the ear to mid cheek. I then asked victim #1 if I could photograph the marks on victim #2; she then stated yes.

I then asked victim #1 if anything else had occurred between all parties involved other than what she had just told me; she stated no. Victim #1 was then asked if she knew the possible whereabouts of the suspect; she stated no, that he may have went to his mother’s in Catoosa County or his cousins in Walker County but was unsure of either address.

All photos will be attached to the drive, and warrants will be applied for the following charges: Simple Battery, Battery, Cruelty to Children in and First Degree and in the Third Degree, along with Terrorist Threats- Misd.

[NARRATIVE #2 on July 02, 2026]

On the listed date and time while sitting stationary at the listed area I observed the listed vehicle drive by on me on the roadway. I ran the listed registration on the vehicle through GCIC and NCIC. I received a late return of the vehicle and the listed suspect who was also the driver of the vehicle had warrants through the Sheriffs Office.

While driving down the listed Hwy I observed the same vehicle parked on the side off the roadway with the listed suspect still in the vehicle. I then pulled over made contact with the suspect. I advised him that he had warrants through the Sheriffs Office and took him into custody. He was then transported to the jail.
