On 7-1-2026 I was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic disturbance.
On scene I made contact with the victim who stated that the suspect and listed parent had came to the house to drop off some items when the suspect began arguing with her and took her ring off and put it in her face, putting her in reasonable fear of being injured. She stated at this time she walked away from the suspect and began eating a banana at which time the suspect walked up and attempted to shove the banana into her face.
I then spoke with the suspect who stated that she and her dad and sister had been arguing but that nothing physical had happened.
I then spoke with the father who stated that the suspect had been trying to argue with everyone all day and confirmed the victims story.
The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the jail.
