On the listed date and time I was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 hang up.
I arrived on scene and met with the caller, listed victim, and gathered the necessary information to complete this report. The victim advised she had been choked and thrown to the ground by the suspect. I observed visible injury that would be consistent with her statement. The suspect left prior to my arrival. I will be seeking warrants for his arrest.
[VICTIM #1] was advised of the case number for her records and how to obtain a copy of this report if she wished to do so. I also provided her with the victim bill of rights, and domestic violence services sheet and informed her of the services available to her as a victim. I then returned to service.
