[NARRATIVE #1 on June 23, 2025]

On the listed date and time, I was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Myself and Cpl Jacobs then arrived on scene. While walking toward the residence I observed the listed victim to have a large red mark on the right side of his head and neck. I then went into the residence and spoke with the suspect.

I then spoke to both parties involved. Both parties admitted that the argument had gotten physical and that the suspect had shoved the victim.

Due to the amount of physical evidence as well as both the suspect and victim admitting that the suspect had shoved the victim, I then approached the suspect and took him into custody for the listed offense. Cpl Jacobs placed the suspect into handcuffs behind his back using two pairs of handcuffs due to his size. We then escorted the suspect out of the residence to the rear of Cpl Jacobs patrol car for transport to the jail.

The victim was then given a victim bill of rights form. The victim was also advised of the 10-13 process due to the suspect’s debilitating injuries and the medications he is on.

Cpl Jacobs then transported the suspect to the jail.

[NARRATIVE #2 on June 23, 2025]

On 6/23/2025, at approximately 1505 hours, I arrived on scene of a physical domestic, in a sector, to assist.

Deputy Hopkins arrived on scene and spoke with both parties, determining that there was enough probable cause, to arrest the listed suspect. I took custody of the suspect to transport, handcuffing him behind the back, checking them for fit and double locking them.

I then transported the suspect to the Walker County Jail and turned him over to detention staff without incident.
