[NARRATIVE #1 on July 26, 2026]

On this date Sunday 07/26/2026 around 1200 hours, I was dispatched to a phone call in reference to a delayed assault report.

I made contact with the caller / complainant and I asked him to tell me about the incident. He advised his son was beat up between 0100 to 0300 hours this date 07/26/2026. He advised he did not find out until 1000 hours this date. He advised his son’s ankle / foot could be broke. He then put his son the listed victim on the phone and told him to tell me what happened. He advised the listed suspect came home drunk saying his wife was cheating on him and told everyone to get out. He advised the suspect then pushed him down then started to stomp on his legs and feet then punched him in the head around his ear area.

I then gathered the necessary information to file the report. I also asked how he knew the subject he advised it was a relative of his girlfriend. I asked what caused him to do that. He advised he was attacking everyone that was there. I also was trying to gather more information but I was getting vague answers. I provided him with the case number and advised dispatch I was returning to service.

Later I went to the incident location and had negative contact with the suspect but spoke with his wife. She provided his contact number. She also called the listed witness and asked her while she was on speaker to tell her what took place. The witness advised the male came in and told them to leave then he started hitting the victim. The other asked why he was even there because she told her not to have any one over.

I then spoke with the suspect and he advised when he came home the victim was in his bed and he told him to get out of his bed and leave his property. He advised the male looked confused then bucked up on him and that is when the incident occurred. I gathered the necessary information and provided the listed other the case number and returned to service. Due to conflicting stories I did not apply for warrants however, I did advise the victim he could apply and it was up to the judge if it was approved.
