[NARRATIVE #1 on June 25, 2026]
On the listed date and time, I was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a theft.
Upon my arrival, I made contact with the listed other and victim. While speaking with the victim, she advised that her firearm had come up missing. I asked her if she had a possible idea of who may have taken it. She stated her son was the listed suspect. She then stated this had occurred once before and she asked him, and the suspect stated it was not missing that he put it in his room due to hearing something outside the residence.
The victim then stated she belies it was the suspect was the one who took it due to him being the only other person with access to the residence. The listed other then stated he believes that the suspect took it between 0400 hours, and 0730 hours due to that being when neither the other or victim is home.
At approximately 2059 hours, I was dispatched back to the location in reference to the firearm being returned. Upon my arrival on the scene, I saw the firearm placed on the hood of a vehicle, at which time I gave Walker County the make model and serial number of the firearm and returned clear through GCIC/NCIC. The victim then provided security footage of the suspect running up the driveway and throwing the firearm on the hood.
The victim then stated the suspect asked her if she called the cops, and she stated yes due to him taking her firearm. All photos and video evidence will be attached to the drive. Warrants will also be applied for. The firearm stolen was a Smith & Wesson MP9 shield black in color and is approximately valued at $400.00 dollars per the victim.

[NARRATIVE #2 on July 24, 2026]
I executed a warrant on the suspect, warrant #W26060149. The suspect was handcuffed in the front and leg ironed, double locked and checked for proper fit. The suspect was searched prior to placing him into my vehicle and no contraband was found. I transported the suspect from the Catoosa Co. Jail in Ringgold, GA. To the Walker Co. Jail without incident. I searched the rear passenger area of my vehicle prior to and after the transport and no contraband was found.
