[NARRATIVE #1 on April 27, 2026]
On April 27th 2026, I was dispatched to a fight at the listed location. Deputy Bethune made contact with one of the listed victims down the street.
I then made contact with the other listed victim and listed witness. The listed witness stated that the listed victim had told the listed suspect that he needed to leave. That is when the listed suspect struck the listed victim that Deputy Bethune was with. He stated that the listed suspect then began pushing and trying to strike the other listed victim.
I then spoke to the listed victim. He stated that the listed suspect was told to get out of the house and that is when he struck the other listed victim. He stated that the suspect then tried to attack him before leaving on foot.
I then met Deputy Bethune with the other listed victim. He stated that the suspect became upset and punched him in the nose. The victims nose was misshaped now and bleeding.
I provided both victims with their victim bill of rights, domestic violence form and case number. MM11 then transported the victim to the hospital.

[NARRATIVE #2 on April 27, 2026]
On this date Monday 04/27/2026 around 1120 hours, I responded with Deputy Templeton #90 in reference to a domestic between to brothers on Lavenia Cir. While driving down Johnson Rd heading towards the call location I advised dispatch I maybe out with one of the male subject’s.
After notifying dispatch I was out with the male I observed blood on the male’s face and looked to be coming from his nose and mouth area. I asked him if he wanted / needed EMS. He advised his brother hit him in the nose and broke it. I advised dispatch to have EMS en route to my location non emergency chief complainant was a possible broken nose. I then asked for his name and dob. He provided the information and I had dispatch check him. I was advised he did not have any wants.
I advised dispatch once medic #11 was on scene. Medic #11 staff spoke with him and asked if t hurt and wanted or needed to go to the hospital. The male asked the medic if it look like it hurt and did he think he needed to go to the hospital. The subject then got in the back of the ambulance and I took a picture of the subject’s face to send to Deputy Templeton #90 to add to his report. The subject was then transported to the New Memorial Hospital in Fort Oglethorpe to be treated.

[NARRATIVE #3 on April 27, 2026]
On the listed date and time I responded to the listed location in reference to the listed suspect who had multiple warrants through the Walker County Sheriffs Office. Upon arrival I was advised by the residents, that the listed suspect had left and was now at a location down the street.
I then relocated to the secondary location where I made contact with the listed other who stated that the listed suspect had come by but she thought that they had left. The listed other then invited me into the residence where I observed the listed suspect in the hallway. I then placed the suspect under arrest and handed him over to Cpl. Doyle to be transported to the jail.

On May 1st 2026, I responded to the jail to execute 2 warrants on a suspect in custody. I executed warrant numbers W26040173 and W16040172 without incident.
