On 09-08-2026 at 1800 pm, I responded to the incident location in reference to a physical domestic.
Upon arrival I located the elderly female locked inside of her vehicle. I then spoke to the female and male victim, who were mother and son and male victim was boyfriend to the suspect. It was determined that the suspect used violent behavior to intimidate the elderly female victim then used the same to tactic to cause the victim to retreat to her vehicle. Due to both victim statements, it was determined that the suspect then grabbed the female victim by the shirt collar where she continued to intimidate and scare her.
It was determined that the male victim used necessary physical force to pull the suspect off of the female victim to prevent what he perceived as potential physical violence. It was also determined that the suspect had ransacked the residence where I observed several random broken dishes in the kitchen area, prior to the victim’s returning home.
The suspect was placed under arrest for the listed charges and was hand cuffed from the front due to all subjects stating she was two months and two weeks pregnant. The cuffs were checked for fit and double locked. Due to the physical nature of the incidents, the suspect was asked if she needed any treatment from EMS where she stated no, she was not injured. Deputy McNichols then transported the suspect to the Walker County Jail.
Both victims were provided the domestic violence form, victim bill of rights, and the case number for the report.
