[NARRATIVE #1 on May 14, 2026]
On the listed date and time, I was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a violation of a temporary protective order (TPO).
Once on scene, I met with Deputy Bragg and Deputy Scarbrough, who had already detained the suspect. At which time I stepped inside the residence and asked the listed victim and witness what had occurred. The listed witness stated he heard knocking at the front door, at which time he turned the light on and saw the listed suspect, and opened the door to ask him what he was doing there. The witness then stated the suspect had walked past him and into the house and went to the shower.
I then spoke with the victim. She stated the suspect was not aggressive with anyone, but he did come into the residence wanting a shower, and after he entered the residence, he went to the bathroom to take the shower.
After speaking with both the witness and victim, I then retrieved the suspect from Deputy Bragg’s vehicle, where I switched handcuffs out, which were checked for fit and double-locked, and asked the suspect if they were too tight. He stated no at the time. Then walked the suspect to the rear of my patrol vehicle where he was searched for contraband and weapons. None were found. The suspect then stated he did not know why he was going to jail, that he was just taking a shower, and was told he could do so by the victim.
I then advise Walker 911 I was en route to the jail, while transporting the suspect, stated his cuffs were too tight, at which time I pulled over at the a/b line and while waiting for a secondary unit to do a cuff adjustment, the suspect became extremely irate, slamming his hands into the seat of my patrol vehicle. At which time I advised Walker 911 of this and continued my transport to the jail due to officer safety concerns with getting the suspect out of the vehicle at the a/b line.
The suspect was then transported to the jail with no issues and turned over to detention staff with no issues. I searched the rear of my patrol vehicle for contraband and weapons before and after transport, none were found. A copy of the TPO will be attached to the CID drive. The victim was provided a copy of the victims bill of rights and a case number.

[NARRATIVE #2 on May 15, 2026]
On 05/15/[2026], I was dispatched to the listed location to assist Deputy McClure, who was delayed in arriving.
Upon arrival, I spoke with the family, who informed me the suspect was inside the home taking a shower. I instructed all other parties to exit the residence. I then issued multiple loud verbal commands for the suspect to exit the bathroom with his hands visible and empty. The suspect opened the bathroom door, briefly raised both hands, then placed one hand back inside the bathroom. Unsure if the suspect was armed, I held him at taser point and ordered him to fully exit the restroom, place his hands on his head, and face away from me. He complied and was detained until Deputy McClure arrived.
The situation was resolved without incident.
