On 7-10-2026 I was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a physical domestic.
On scene I spoke with the suspect who stated that he had been drinking and that he and the victim had gotten into an argument and he grabbed the victim by her arms. While speaking with the suspect, I could smell a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath.
I then spoke with the female victim who confirmed the suspects story by saying the suspect had been drinking and the two had gotten into an argument and during the argument the suspect grabbed her by her arms at which time the male victim stepped in to attempt to make the suspect let go of her at which time the suspect grabbed the male victim by the wrist. I then spoke to the male victim who stated that the suspect and female victim had been arguing and that during the argument the suspect grabbed the female by her arms at which time he attempted to remove the suspects hand from the victim at which time the suspect grabbed him by the wrist and pushed him out of the way.
At this time, the suspect was taken into custody and transported to the jail.
