[NARRATIVE #1 on September 08, 2026]

On the listed date and time I was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a violation of TPO.

Upon arriving on scene I made contact with the listed victim who stated that she had a family violence protection order against the suspect and he had shown up where she has been staying. She stated that he had gotten into her car which is jointly owned due to them still being married. She stated that when she went outside adn noticed it was him, she called Walker dispatch. The victim stated that the listed suspect started arguing with the other male on scene, listed suspect, and left once he knew Law Enforcement was on the way.

The victim provided an area where the suspect may have went and a description of the vehicle he was driving. The victim also stated that at no time was there a physical altercation. She also stated that the suspect had been continually texting and trying to call her. She stated that the suspect had been using internet phone numbers to call and text her. Upon looking at the text messages there were multiple text messages there were multiple indications that the suspect had sent the text messages. The victim estimated over 300 text messages had been sent over the past 7 days.

I then made contact with the listed male suspect who stated that he had confronted the suspect and told him he was violating the TPO and asked him to leave. He stated that after a few minutes the suspect left. He stated that at no time did he get physical with the suspect.

Upon checking the area for his vehicle was located, Deputy Scarbrough (68) advised me that he had located it. Myself and Deputy Scarbrough (68) then made contact with the listed suspect who stated that he had gone over to the residence to talk to her about her taking some money from his delivery app. He stated that the listed male suspect came out and confronted him and started pushing on him so he left. When asked about the TPO he stated that he knew of it but had not been served. While talking to the suspect he discussed incidents between him and the victim which confirmed the writing in the text messages sent to the victim which I had viewed.

At this time Walker dispatch confirmed that the suspect was restricted by a family violence order/bond conditions out of Hamilton County and provided the serve date. I advised the suspect of the serve date and explained that it was served when he was released from Hamilton County TN. At this time the suspect was placed under arrest for violation of the TPO and Aggravated Stalking. I placed the suspect under arrest. He/she was placed in handcuffs which were checked for fit and double locked. The suspect was then searched and no contraband or weapons were found.

Prior to placing the suspect in the back of Deputy Scarbrough’s patrol vehicle, the back seat was searched for contraband and weapons and nothing was found. I then placed the suspect into the back seat of the patrol vehicle, where he was seat belted in prior to transporting him to the a/b line. (See Deputy Scarbrough’s supplemental).

At this time insufficient probable cause exists for charges against the listed male suspect.

[NARRATIVE #2 on September 08, 2026]

On the listed date and time I responded to the listed location in reference to transporting the listed suspect to the Walker County Jail on Deputy Dooley’s charges. (See Deputy Dooley’s case report)

I arrived on scene and placed the suspect in handcuffs behind the back that were checked for proper fit and double locked. I then searched the suspect for weapons and contraband and found none. I placed the suspect in the rear seat of my patrol car and transported him to the jail where he was handed over to the jail staff with no issues. The rear seat of my patrol car was checked for weapons and contraband prior to and after transport with none being found.
