On the listed date 05/25/2025, at approximately 0114 hours I was dispatched to the listed address in reference to 2 subjects on the property possibly intoxicated. Dispatch also advised there was a vehicle wrecked on the property.
Upon arrival I made contact with both listed suspects who gave multiple indicators of intoxication. They advised they were lost and the listed suspect decided to turn around in the parking lot but wreck into the ditch. The listed suspect then refused field sobriety, so I placed him under arrest due to the indicators I observed. He was then read implied consent and refused.
The other listed suspect then advised once they wrecked she walked up and tried to enter the building but it was locked. She was then also placed under arrest and Deputy Ferguson transported her to the jail. I then requested next list be en route and dispatch advised Yates would be en route. Upon conducting an inventory I observed several empty beer cans as well as a cooler with ice still inside and an unopened beer can and an empty beer can inside.
Yates then arrived on scene and retrieved the vehicle. I then took the suspect to the jail and turned him over to detention staff without incident. I later served the listed suspect with an automatic license suspension form for refusal of implied consent for breath.
