On June 21, 2026 I responded to [REDACTED] which os located in Walker County Georgia for a physical domestic in progress.
Upon my arrival I went to the incident location for the suspect while deputy Mcclure went to where the victim was located. The suspect told me he and the victim were in an argument over infidelity, and the victim slapped him that’s all he would say.
I spoke to the victims who stated there was a verbal altercation but it was over a comment made in front of company. When they all returned to the residence the suspect became more upset grabbing the victim by her ponytail and shoving her face down into the couch before closed fist striking her in the face and head multiple times.
I spoke to the juvenile victim who witnessed the entire event and was the 911 caller, confirming the statements I was told.
I placed the suspect under arrest and transported him to the Walker County Jail for violations of the Georgia Family Violence Act.
