On 03/13/2026 at 03:07 I was dispatched to the listed location in reference to an intoxicated party.
I arrived on scene and diffused the situation. The victim wished to not press charges at that time and I advised the other to call back if he had any other issues.
At 03:59 Walker Central received a 911 hang up and I returned to the address and developed probable cause for an arrest of the suspect for the offense of disorderly conduct.
The suspect was placed under arrest and handcuffed behind the back and searched. I transported him to the Walker County Jail where he was turned over to detention staff.
