[NARRATIVE #2 on March 19, 2026]
At the above date and time, I was dispatched to a phone call regarding a child abuse incident.
I spoke with the listed caller who informed me that the listed victim informed him she had liquid soap poured down her mouth and was choked with a belt. I was also informed that padlocks were placed on the children’s bedrooms and there was history of similar activity from the residence at the listed location.
I notified DFCS, a supervisor and CID. DFCS advised they already had a report and would dispatch somebody within the next 5 days.
I then briefly spoke with the listed victim to determine if I could observe any visible injuries. No visible injuries were observed.
I then returned to service.
