On 11/03/2022 I deputy Moss responded to listed location in reference to a possible domestic.

Upon arrival I noticed a white Jeep Cherokee and a white Mercedes driving in a circular pattern as if one was chasing the other. The white Mercedes then accelerated and turned left onto Park City Road from Anderson Road. I then attempted to get behind the vehicle to conduct a traffic stop but the vehicle accelerated more and I could not see the vehicle any longer.

The white Jeep then stopped and advised me listed suspect/victim (JE) was driving that vehicle and was his brother. Listed suspect/victim (ZH) was the driver of the white Jeep. I then advised listed suspect/victim (ZH) to return to the incident location. I then returned to the incident as well.

Upon arrival I spoke with listed suspect/victim (ZH), listed suspect/victim (ZH) stated listed suspect/victim (JE) came to the residence because he was upset with listed victim. Listed suspect/victim (ZH) stated listed suspect/victim (JE) was suppose to take the white Mercedes to the mechanic shop earlier this date but did not.

Listed suspect/victim (ZH) stated earlier this date listed victim called listed suspect/victim (JE) to see why he did not take the vehicle to the shop and listed suspect/victim (JE) got irate. Listed suspect/victim (JE) then brought the white Mercedes back to the residence earlier this date and left in his vehicle which is a Beige Lincoln.

Listed suspect/victim (ZH) stated about an hour before he called listed suspect/victim (JE) came back to the residence in the Lincoln vehicle and began driving a round a Ford Escape vehicle which listed suspect/victim (ZH) and listed victim were standing at.

Listed suspect/victim (ZH) stated he was standing by the driver door and listed victim was standing in front of the Ford Escape vehicle. Listed suspect/victim (ZH) stated listed suspect/victim (JE) then drove in front of the Ford Escape and then began to back up toward the Ford Escape at a high rate of speed.

Listed suspect/victim (ZH) stated listed victim at first was standing in between the Ford Escape and the Lincoln when listed suspect/victim (JE) began traveling in reverse. Listed suspect/victim (ZH) stated it seem like listed suspect/victim (JE) was attempting to strike listed victim with the vehicle but listed victim was able to get out of the way.

Listed suspect/victim (ZH) stated while listed suspect/victim (JE) was traveling in reverse he fired three shots into the side of the vehicle due to the vehicle attempting to hit him and listed victim. Listed suspect/victim (ZH) stated he then began to walk to his vehicle and listed suspect/victim (JE) began to drive forward.

Listed suspect/victim (ZH) then stated listed suspect/victim (JE) stopped his vehicle and got out. Listed suspect/victim (ZH) stated listed suspect/victim (JE) grabbed a jack stand and began to yell at listed suspect/victim (ZH) stating “you better kill me”.

Listed suspect/victim (ZH) stated he then got into his vehicle and listed suspect/victim (JE) got back into the white Mercedes and began chasing listed suspect/victim (ZH). Listed suspect/victim (ZH) stated law enforcement then arrived. Listed suspect/victim (ZH) stated listed victim is his and listed suspect/victim (JE)’s father.

I then contacted the on call detective (detective Cash). Detective Cash then stated he would be en route while waiting on detective Cash, I located the firearm (Glock 43X 9mm SN: BSSE612) and three spent rounds. The firearm was located in listed suspect/victim (ZH)’s vehicle and the three spent rounds were located near the Ford Escape and the Lincoln vehicles.

While clearing the firearm to unload any round that may be in the magazine and chamber. I located four unspent rounds, three in the magazine and one in the chamber of the firearm. I placed the firearm, after clearing the firearm, four unspent rounds, and the magazine in an evidence bag. The three spent rounds were left where they were laying for detective Cash.

Once detective Cash arrived on scene, the incident was then turned over to him. Once detective Cash had finished, I collected the three spent rounds and they were placed into an evidence bag. I will be applying for warrants on listed suspect/victim (JE) for aggravated assault family violence and criminal damage to property.

The evidence was then transported to the Sheriffs Office were the evidence sheet and the evidence were placed into an evidence locker.
