On 05/27/2025, I responded to 701 Monroe Pavilion Parkway- WhataBurger, In reference to Johnathan Thompson on location going behind the counter and refusing to leave the location.
Upon arrival contact was made with Johnathan who appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. Johnathan was given multiple opportunities by employees to leave prior to my arrival. Employees advised Johnathan was on location for approximately 15-20 minutes and did not order anything. Johnathan was told by employees not to go behind the counter, but did so anyway. Johnathan refused to leave the location after being told to do so multiple times by employees to leave, he was arrested for Disorderly conduct.
Citation for DOC issued, Johnathan was handcuffed behind the back, cuffs were double locked and checked for fit then he was placed in the rear passenger area of my parked patrol car. Johnathan was transported to the Walton County jail without incident.
