On Sunday, August 9, 2026, at 19:45 hours, I Officer Goodwin was dispatched to [REDACTED] in reference to a dispute, in which it was alleged that a 23 year of age female was attempting to fight a 16 year of age female.

Officer Hill was first to arrive on scene after which I arrived and observed a black male talking to Officer Hill. I walked over to them and ran the males information which came back to be [WITNESS #1]. I asked what the dispute was about and he stated that he was staying at “Reece’s” house, who was later identified to be Mauricia Durham and stays in [REDACTED]. [WITNESS #1] stated that Mauricia had given [WITNESS #1]’s bank card to [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #1] had was showing it to other people in the house. [WITNESS #1] advised [VICTIM #1] had called the police alleging [WITNESS #1] was trying to fight [VICTIM #1]’s autistic brother but [WITNESS #1] advised that was not the case. [WITNESS #1] also stated that there was a man staying in [REDACTED] who had a warrant.

I then made contact with [VICTIM #1] who advised that [WITNESS #1] was trying to fight him for no reason. I made contact with Mauricia who stated she had nothing to do with the situation. [VICTIM #1] then asked me to come over to him, so as I did I heard a voice coming through the RING doorbell camera that was identified to be [VICTIM #1]’s mother [WITNESS #2]. [WITNESS #2] stated that she had a video of [VICTIM #1] and Mauricia naked in a room together. I advised [WITNESS #2] to come back to the house to show evidence of her statement and she advised she was on the way from Sam’s in Athens. [VICTIM #1] told me that he went into Mauricia’s house and that she tried to have sex with him. Officer Hill approached me and advised me that [VICTIM #1] had told him that he and Mauricia had sex and that [VICTIM #1] had stated he didn’t want to have sex with her.

I made contact with [WITNESS #2] upon her arrival and advised her of the allegations that were made by [VICTIM #1]. Officer Hill advised that [WITNESS #1] had told him that [WITNESS #1] had texted [VICTIM #1] to come over to Mauricia’s house, and that Mauricia pulled him inside her room and had sex with him.

At this point Sergeant Robertson and Corporal Holliday advised that CID should be called in reference to the case. Sergeant Robertson advised me to send all information to Detective Hunt. Corporal Holliday advised to have everybody in [REDACTED] to exit the house and advised for us to do a protective sweep of the residence. Mauricia was escorted to Officer Hill’s patrol vehicle to separate her from the other subjects who were arguing with her. Detective Hunt advised for Officer Kitchen to question Mauricia further to get her side of the issue but Corporal advised for us not do due to Lieutenant Powell being on his way to take over the investigation. Officer Hill then escorted Mauricia to the Monroe Police Department to be interviewed in reference to the case.

I asked [WITNESS #2] further questions about what was happening between [VICTIM #1] and Mauricia which [WITNESS #2] stated that she believes that [VICTIM #1] has been going over to Mauricia’s house off and on since approximately May of this year. [WITNESS #2] stated that she does not have any video evidence of the events. [WITNESS #3] advised that her and her ex-boyfriend had once gone into Mauricia’s room to get something and saw them in bed together having sex. I spoke with [WITNESS #2] again and asked about any medication that [VICTIM #1] takes and [WITNESS #2] showed me pictures of the diagnosis from Ridgeview Mental Institute as well as medications that have been prescribed to him.

I then stayed at the residence to wait for CID to obtain a search warrant for the house. While I was waiting, CID questioned Mauricia and placed her under arrest after. Officer Hill transported Mauricia to WCSO where she advised that she had been assaulted within the last 5 days. The jail then advised that she must go to Piedmont Walton to get cleared. After getting cleared from Piedmont Walton Officer Hill transported Mauricia back to Piedmont Walton where she was turned over to staff on location.

[WITNESS #1] came back to the scene to speak with myself and Corporal Holliday and advised that he had been staying at [REDACTED] all day and that Mauricia had told him to let [VICTIM #1] into the house. [WITNESS #1] stated that he told her that she shouldn’t due that because she might get locked up. [WITNESS #1] than advised that [VICTIM #1] came into the house and [WITNESS #1] left and went into [WITNESS #2]’s house to heat up his Ramen noodles. [WITNESS #1] confirmed that [VICTIM #1] and Mauricia had gone inside to have sex.

As I was waiting for the search warrant to be signed, I noticed a white male with tattoos walk toward the house. I noticed he had gone into [WITNESS #2]’s house and recalled that [WITNESS #1] had stated that a male was staying at the house and had a warrant. When Corporal Holliday arrived back on scene at 03:00 hours, I advised him that the male was on scene at which point we got consent to search the residence and found the subject identified to be Randy Holt. Randy was found to have felony warrants out of Hall County. I transported Randy to WCSO before returning to the scene.

When attempting to serve the search warrant on the residence it was found that the residence was locked and deadbolted even after having opened the door after clearing the residence. After going to the rear of the residence it was found that a window had been broken. Detective Hunt stated it had been broken before tonight but it was possible someone came in through the front due to Myself and Corporal Holliday watching the front of the residence. Residence was cleared with nobody inside. CID conducted a search of the residence and placed all necessary items into evidence before all units left the scene.
