On 08/08/2026 at 2104 hours, I was dispatched to the above location in reference to an assault. I arrived at the location and met with the victim, Mrs. [VICTIM #1] (DOB [REDACTED]). [VICTIM #1] is a Corporal with Piedmont Hospital Security. Earlier in the shift, Walton EMS brought in Mr. Randy Hogan (DOB [REDACTED]) after being located laying in the roadway by WCSO. Hogan was highly intoxicated and transported due to his mental health.
At the hospital Hogan starting being aggressive and spitting at hospital staff. As [VICTIM #1] when to restrain him, he kneed her in the head and also spit at her. [VICTIM #1] did not have any visable injuries and requested that he be charged with disorderly conduct. I was advised by hospital staff that Hogan had a signed 10-13 by doctors. I cited him on a MPD citation and it was left with him at the hospital.
