[NARRATIVE #1 on January 23, 2026]
On 01/23/2026, Jail Officer Johnny Cummings filed a jail incident report on Harrison Tye. The report stated that Tye damaged door window, the shower window and shower seat. Photographs of the damage were taken by Jail Officer Cummings and are included with this report. Jail video footage shows Tye being inside room C2 and shows the door window being broken. Tye was the only person inside of the room and it was locked and secured.
Major Trey Burgamy conducted an interview with Harrison Tye on February 4, 2026 at the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. Tye was read his Miranda Warning and agreed to speak to investigators. A signed Miranda form is included with the case file. Tye admitted to damaging the door window, room window and the shower seat inside the room. Tye stated he was angry because he was unable to get Jail staff’s attention so he broke the items.
A warrant for interference with government property was issued for Harrison Tye.

[NARRATIVE #2 on February 04, 2026]
On 02/04/2026, I, Investigator Michael Clay of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, was made aware by Major Trey Burgamy that a fight had taken place inside the Washington County Jail.
Burgamy stated while he was interviewing Harrison Tye, it was discovered that he and another inmate got into a physcal altercation inside D dorm, and during the altercation, Tye got punched in the face causing him to get two black eyes. Tye was read his Miranda Warning before the interview was conducted and a copy of the signed Miranda form is included withthe case file. A photograph of the injury is included with this report.
