On Sunday September 6, 2026 at 1833 hours, Lt. Perdue and Sgt. Farthing responded to [100 BLOCK] Oscar Dr. in reference to a domestic dispute.
Upon arrival Sgt. Farthing observed 3 Subjects in rear yard, yelling and arguing. Parties could be heard yelling fu*k you and I don’t care nothing about that sh*t. During that time Sgt. Farthing also observed during that time subject identified as Jaquai Wright walking in aggressive manner also yelling with a filet knife in right hand. When Jaquai realized of deputies’ presence he put knife into front right pocket. Sgt. Farthing detained Jaquai in cuffs at that time. Sgt. Farthing took possession of filet knife and handed to mother [WITNESS #1]. Lt. Perdue observed subject identified as Jamarious Wright yelling and detained him. Jaquai and 3rd subject identified as [REDACTED] (Boyfriend of [WITNESS #1]) still wanted to argue back and forth, so Sgt. Farthing secured Jaquai in rear of his patrol vehicle.
After scene was calmed down Sgt. Farthing spoke with complainant [WITNESS #1] (mother of Jaquai & Jamarious). [WITNESS #1] stated that Jaquai and Jamarious started arguing over $5 dollar headphones that turned into them threatening each other with fighting words to attempt to have a physical altercation. [WITNESS #1] stated that [REDACTED] then started arguing with both Jaquai and Jamarious which caused all three to threaten each other with a physical altercation.
After speaking with all parties it was apparent leaving Jaquai and Jamarious on scene that incident would most likely escalate into some type of physical altercation. Both Jaquai and Jarmarious was both advised that they would be under arrest for Disorderly Conduct. Lt. Perdue transported Jarmarious to LEC and Sgt. Farthing transported Jaquai to LEC.
