On Tuesday November 4, 2025, at 1442, Sgt. Russell Sanders responded to the location of [1100 BLOCK] Joiner Road in reference to a theft of a gun.

Upon arrival Sgt. Sanders met with Mr. [WITNESS #1] who reporeted his brother had guns missing out of the residence. Mr. [WITNESS #1] stated Mr. [VICTIM #1] was locked up last week and someone kicked in the door. Mr. [WITNESS #1] stated there was video of Mr Jerald King in the resdience and taking the items.

Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated the guns he was missing was a Chrome 9mm([REDACTED] Owner), black and white Ar15, 45 caliber pistol. Sgt. Sanders then reviewed video of a male going into a bedroom and taking items. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated the Mr. Jerald King was at the reisdence accross the street. Sgt. Sanders then met with Mr. King and asked why did he break into the residence. Mr. King stated he had been going through some things and admitted to going into the residence. Sgt. Sanders then detained Mr. King and Investigators later arrived on scene.

Sgt. Sanders later transported Mr. King to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office for further booking and charges. Mr. King was also served with two Child support warrants. Sgt. Sanders then went back into service without incident.
