On 05-12-2026, I, Sgt. Robert Butler and Deputy C. Boomershine were dispatched to [1500 BLOCK] E. McCarty Street in reference to Ronald Raffield causing a disturbance at the location.
Upon arrival, [VICTIM #1] stated that Raffield had threatened him and wanted to fight him for recording him kicking in the door of residence #[REDACTED] of E. McCarty Street. The original complainant [VICTIM #2] of lot [REDACTED] had called because Raffield had kicked in her front door.
I made contact with Mr. Raffield, who was highly intoxicated and had caused a disturbance in the area. I placed Mr. Raffield under arrest for disorderly conduct. Mr. Raffield was handcuffed behind his back and placed in the back seat of Deputy Boomershine’s patrol car. Mr. Raffield was transported to the Washington County LEC and turned over to jail personnel without incident. A state warrant of Disorderly Conduct was obtained by me for Mr. Raffield.
